What the Role Entails

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for connecting with Tencent's internal and overseas investment studios' infrastructure and network requirements, transforming customer needs into implementable product tools, and guiding the development team to complete tool development and implementation.
• Based on an understanding of Tencent Games' overall overseas multi-cloud resource landscape, sort out optimization and problem-solving ideas at the process and tool levels, consolidate them into industry best practice solutions, and promote and reuse them in more studios.
• Introduce advanced industry product and technical solution capabilities, responsible for evaluating testing and formulating and implementing technical integration solutions, and collaborating with other internal departments to improve Tencent Games' overseas technical capabilities.
• Sort out and formulate mid-to-long-term planning for product capability directions, combining internal team development resources, to transform solidified processes and tools into product capabilities, including but not limited to multi-cloud resource management, multi-cloud network planning, multi-cloud game security, multi-cloud game DevOps, and other fields.

Who We Look For

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience in a leading internet company or the gaming industry, familiar with and understanding the gaming industry, and passionate about games.
• Strong English reading and writing skills, able to adapt to an all-English working environment, with overseas study and work experience preferred.
• Familiar with at least two development languages among Python, Golang, and Node.js, able to cooperate with the development team and guide developers to implement reasonable solution selection and architecture optimization.
• Familiar with common product manager prototyping tools (such as Axure, Figma) and API documentation tools, familiar with multi-cloud APIs and Terraform, and has experience in multi-cloud resource management system design.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc.) architectures and multi-cloud management tools, with practical experience in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS systems.
• Possess excellent skills in requirements analysis, customer communication, product planning, system architecture design, and project management, capable of independently completing complex technical solution design and implementation.

Bonus points:

• Experience in cloud-native, big data, security, DevOps, and other related practices in the gaming industry.
• Holds cloud computing related certifications (such as AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud certification, PMP, etc.).
• Has successful experience in discovering needs and incubating products from scratch.
