Align global marketing efforts by optimizing the promotional timeline and processes across regions, ensuring efficiency and consistency based on market characteristics and user behavior.
Leverage expertise in overseas community management, content marketing, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement, continuously monitoring and optimizing localized marketing performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including but not limited to R&D, regional publishing teams, and business group support functions, to drive interdepartmental cooperation and advance project execution.
Bachelor's degree or above, with strong logical thinking and strategic planning skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, preferably with a background in international markets or overseas business operations.
Passionate about the gaming industry with in-depth knowledge of the global mobile gaming market, particularly the MOBA genre.
Familiarity with various operational functions and the different phases of the game lifecycle.
Strong teamwork, communication, and stress management skills.
Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with meticulous execution, ensuring effective implementation.
Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible, with keen analytical skills and a fast-learning ability.
Open-minded, innovative, and willing to take on challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
