Job Description

The KOL Specialist at Team Liquid Indonesia is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media partners to boost brand awareness and engagement. This role involves planning and executing KOL campaigns across various digital platforms, negotiating partnerships, and monitoring campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations, a strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role demands managing multiple campaigns concurrently, tracking performance, and adapting to industry trends to improve influencer marketing strategies. Experience with beauty brands is a plus.

Job Purpose

The KOL Specialist manages and develops relationships with influencers and media partners to increase brand awareness and engagement for Team Liquid Indonesia. This role includes executing KOL campaigns, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring effective influencer programs across various digital platforms

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and media partners to enhance campaigns and promotional efforts
  • Research and identify relevant KOLs across multiple digital platforms to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Expand and maintain a strong network of influencers across different categories and industries
  • Plan and implement KOL engagement campaigns, ensuring clear coordination of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop campaign concepts and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements
  • Negotiate fees and deliverables with KOLs to achieve cost-effective partnerships aligned with campaign ideas.
  • Ensure partnerships align with company goals while maintaining budget efficiency
  • Track and evaluate KOL partnerships, measuring engagement, reach, and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market activities to refine influencer marketing approaches

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations.
  • Experience working with beauty brands is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with KOL management tools and campaign tracking
  • Passion for eSports, gaming, and entertainment industries is a plus
