Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support to users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Under direct supervision, provide first level technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, network related problems.
Deploy and administer IT systems in the assigned region, including end-user desktops, laptops, computing servers, network equipment, voice and video hardware and mobile devices.
Manage desktop images, conduct upgrades, perform security patching, and configure systems to ensure optimal performance.
Resolve incidents escalated by the call center or security operations center within appropriate priorities and urgencies.
Provide effective troubleshooting and accurate solutions to advanced hardware and software computing problems for Windows, mobile devices, printers, peripherals.
Implement and maintain both wired and wireless network connections between devices, ensuring reliable communication.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ year of a system administrator or other relevant experience
Skills and Abilities: Flexible, reliable person with good communication skills, ability to work independently.
Specialized Knowledge:
OS: Windows 10/11
Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Hardware: PC/laptops, switches, routers, access points, printers, video conference devices
English: Upper-Intermediate
