At To-Increase, we see motion graphic design as visual storytelling videos that engages, informs, and inspires. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. As a motion graphic designer, your primary role is to create engaging visual content that combines graphic design elements with animation to communicate messages, tell stories, and evoke emotions.


Job Requirements:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to grasp project objectives, target audience, and key messages. From there, develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics that align with the project's goals.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools to create visual designs, encompassing typography, illustrations, and graphic elements. Ensure designs are visually appealing and effectively convey the intended message.
  • Develop the sequence of events or scenes in storyboarding to guide the animation process and maintain a cohesive narrative flow.
  • Work closely with content creators and subject matter experts (SMEs) to incorporate feedback and revisions throughout the design and animation process, ensuring the final product meets their expectations and objectives.
  • As a motion graphic designer, maintain high-quality standards in your work, including attention to detail, consistency in design elements, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Engage in a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Solicit input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, accurately express ideas, and represent the company or client appropriately.
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload.
  • Evaluate existing processes, identify flaws, and devise solutions to improve design capabilities.
  • Update and maintain internal databases for designs, types of assets, and videos.


What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of pertinent experience in motion graphic designing, encompassing corporate videos and explainer videos.
  • Education – Completion of any full-time design course/degree.
  • Extensive proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere projects.
  • Strong command of design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation to continuously enhance skill set through education and training.
