The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a technical B2B SaaS role, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles. This role involves leading technical teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving business results within a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be passionate about launching new products and creating demand for new innovations.

Director, Product Specialists

What your day will look like:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Architects and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for launching new, emerging products
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, customers, product teams, and sales to influence the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Oversee the technical qualification of customer use cases, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions and successful Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) execution.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to translate customer feedback into strategic development priorities and ensure the delivery of high-quality features.
  • Act as the foremost technical subject matter expert (SME) in pre-sales discussions, addressing customer pain points with innovative, strategic solutions.
  • Empower sales and marketing teams by developing compelling sales narratives, demos, and technical content that highlight the strategic value of the product.
  • Drive the rollout and adoption of new features, implement dynamic processes, and track outcomes to continuously improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management experience in a technical B2B SaaS leadership role (e.g., Manager/Director of Sales. Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Marketing.
  • 8 years of industry experience in sales engineering or related positions
  • Expert-level understanding of cybersecurity principles and various approaches to vulnerability management, including application misconfigurations, cloud security exposures, application development exposures, and vulnerability instances.
  • Proven success leading the delivery of software products/services to market and driving adoption at scale.
  • Experience presenting at multiple levels from c-suite to engineer
  • Expert understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, servant leader, and strong sense of ownership over driving business results
