Job Description

As a Partnerships Manager at GRID, you'll be a key player in fostering relationships with leading game publishers and tournament organizers. You will assist the partnerships and sales teams, monitor commercial process fulfillment, develop new business opportunities, create partnership proposals, compose post-event reports, maintain client relationships, represent GRID at events, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and account management skills, experience in gaming or esports, and fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. You'll contribute significantly to optimal client experience and internal communication efficiency.

As the global leader in the esport data industry, you will be at the forefront of delivering fantastic client experience and operational excellence in the esports data space. You will be equipped to succeed in building and maintaining your process structure and the roles and responsibilities of those within it and have the full might of GRID’s commercial teams to work with you.

As a member of the partnerships team of GRID, you will be a vital figure in ensuring the commercial team interacts and collaborates in the most effective and process-orientated ways with the operations team. The results of your work will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible experience for our partners and clients, as well as the optimal performance of our internal communication.


Job requirements

What you will do

  • Assist the partnerships team and sales team in their day-to-day workload

  • Monitor and report to the Head of Partnership Operations on commercial process fulfillment for all partnered contents

  • Reach out to new partners and develop new business opportunities

  • Prepare a partnership proposal that can be used in conjunction with the rest of the business and externally to showcase GRID as a business and its services

  • Compose external reports for TOs after esport events

  • Help to maintain current relationships GRID has matured with account management skills

  • Represent GRID at events or conferences and be willing to travel accordingly

  • Interface with other departments and teams are GRID to ensure good communication, processes, oversight and handovers throughout

  • Other ad hoc projects of partnerships department

Your skills will include

  • Experience in the gaming or esports industry

  • Excellent communication skills, good teamwork skills, strong stress management skills

  • Good logical thinking, analytical and account management skills

  • Good command of Google Slides, Google Docs and Google Sheets

  • Ukrainian and Russian Speaker, proficiency in the English working system
