Overwolf seeks a Personal Assistant & Operations Specialist to support their CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management across multiple time zones, handling communications, problem-solving, travel logistics, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and be proficient in both English and Hebrew. The role requires at least two years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup setting.

Description

We’re on the hunt for a legendary Personal Assistant & Operations Specialist to join our People team at Overwolf!

In this critical role, you’ll be the right hand to our CEO and Leadership team, ensuring company goals are achieved and operations flow as seamlessly as a well-timed spell.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex international schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Communication Management: Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Problem-Solving: Address last-minute changes or urgent tasks with a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Travel Logistics: Plan and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Dragon-Taming: Subdue these mythical beasts in a dynamic corporate environment that may be on fire.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for experience in startup companies.
  • Proven experience coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and meeting rooms.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-tech company, thriving in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • A flexible team player with a positive attitude, willing to adapt to changes and take on challenges.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver with a results-driven mindset and a track record of fast learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Exceptional spellcasting ability with the mana reserves to back it up.
