Fool's Theory seeks a PR & Marketing Specialist to contribute to their ongoing project with CD PROJEKT RED. Responsibilities encompass vendor relationship management, online store maintenance, marketing task execution, graphic & video material coordination, trend monitoring, trade show attendance, merchandise tracking, budget management, cross-departmental communication, press relations, and task prioritization. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant video game industry experience, e-commerce expertise, fluent English and Polish, strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem. About the job

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Maintain company’s online store, searching for new solutions.
  • Executing marketing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating preparation of graphics & video materials.
  • Following industry trends.
  • Attending marketing tradeshows and conferences.
  • Monitor merchandise and marketing trends.
  • Maintenance of budget, submission and tracking of invoices for payment with the accounts payable department.
  • Assist with cross-departmental communication, asset management, and organizational tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with press and media outlets.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Cooperating closely with our Marketing Coordinator.
  • Cooperating with our publishers/contractors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position in the video game industry or related. At least 2 years.
  • E-commerce experience (must).
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Analytical skills to track marketing trends in video games industry.
  • Deep understanding of brand communications, social, and gaming ecosystem.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of games and video-gaming trends.
  • Respect and be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive/internal information.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
