Job Details

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will lead and manage critical initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support business objectives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Responsibilities
- Lead the annual headcount planning for ELS which includes creating detailed headcount projections based on business needs and strategic objectives, and presenting the headcount plans to senior management for approval.
- Manage the quarterly headcount refresh process by running the headcount model and producing supporting analyses to ensure sublinear growth.
- Refine and maintain ELS headcount model to reflect changes in business conditions and organizational structure.
- Manage the headcount administration for ELS including accuracy of headcount attributes in the tool, governance of headcount allocation, and troubleshooting issues related to the headcount tool.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline headcount management processes.
