The ideal candidate will drive agile transformation through project planning, cross-functional team collaboration to define backlogs and sprint content, and key design decisions. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, working with product owners, conducting ceremonies, facilitating backlog grooming, and distributing project communications. Requires self-motivation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and continuous learning. Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. Experience in gathering and synthesizing customer needs, fostering high-performing teams, and driving requirement alignment, cross-team collaboration, conflict resolution, and diversity is crucial. Proficiency in inspect and adapt activities, system demos, quantitative/qualitative measurement, retrospectives, and problem-solving events is expected. Strong oral and written communication, analytical, critical thinking, and coordination of project discovery efforts (funding, feasibility, strategic alignment) are key.

Job Details
The ideal candidate will work to further agile transformation efforts through iteratively leading project planning efforts, collaboration with cross-functional teams to define backlogs, sprint content, and key design decisions. They will oversee project budgets, work closely with product owners, conduct necessary ceremonies, facilitate backlog grooming activities, and develop and distribute project or product-related communications.
Responsibilities
