Business-technology bridge specialist who translates business requirements into technical specifications for agentic AI solutions and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Perform business process analysis and optimization
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for AI features
• Support user acceptance testing and change management
• Analyze business impact and ROI of AI initiatives

Technical Skills Required

• SQL, Tableau, Power BI proficiency
• Basic Python/R for data analysis
• Machine learning concepts and statistical analysis
• Business process modeling tools
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
• Data governance and quality assessment
• Ethics and fairness principles in AI

Experience Level

• 4+ years business analysis
• 2+ years AI/data experience
• Understanding of AI workflows
• Industry domain expertise

Success Metrics

• Identify 20+ viable AI use cases annually
• Achieve 95% stakeholder approval on requirements
