PUBG IP Franchise China Strategic Business PM (3+ years)
Job Summary
Job Description
This role focuses on the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS service in China. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies for the Chinese market, overseeing Go-to-Market execution, collaborating with various platforms and partners in China, and managing all aspects of the China business. This includes creating and executing business plans, setting KPIs, monitoring data, creating reports, collaborating with other departments, and managing milestones. The role also involves general live service operations. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in a similar role and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and fluency in business Chinese are essential.
Must have:
- 6+ years experience in business PM/strategy
- Live service experience & data analysis skills
- Excellent communication (internal & external)
- Strong documentation skills (PPT included)
- Business Chinese fluency
Good to have:
- Simulation/FPS game preference
- PUBG player
- English proficiency

- 배틀그라운드 중국 시장 사업 플랜 수립 및 실행
- KPI 수립 및 목표 달성을 위한 데이터 모니터링 및 분석
- 각종 보고서 작성 및 리뷰
- 사업 전략 수립에 따른 유관 부서 커뮤니케이션 및 마일스톤 관리
- 그 외 라이브 서비스 운영을 위한 업무 전반

- 동종 업계 실무 경력 6년 이상 (사업 PM, 전략)
- 라이브 서비스 경험 보유 및 데이터 분석 능력
- 전략을 논리적으로 잘 표현할 수 있는 높은 문서 작성 스킬 (PPT 포함)
- 다양한 내, 외부 유관 부서 및 업체와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 비지니스 중국어
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
