As a QA Specialist at Spyke Games, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of their mobile games. You'll be working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, collaborating with creative minds to deliver world-class gaming experiences. Your responsibilities will include auditing testing approaches, providing detailed recommendations for improvement, identifying risks to the quality of testing, and developing and executing solutions. You'll work closely with the product team to develop test scenarios and cases.
Must have:
- Experience as a QA Specialist in mobile gaming
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and iterative development
- Proven experience leading and managing multiple teams
- Strong collaboration skills
- Effective communication, planning, organization, analysis, and time management

As a QA Specialist you will identify risks to the quality of testing in the product, process.
Job Responsibilities
- Experience as a QA Specialist in mobile gaming industry
- Audit testing approaches, provide detailed recommendations for improvement, and address tactical gaps.
- Identify risks to the quality of testing in the product, process, and people and then develop and execute on solving those challenges through internal and external resources.
- Working with product team to develop test scenarios and cases.
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and iterative development
- Proven experience of leading and managing multiple teams such as product, art and development
- Strong collaboration skills and works well with others
- Ability to communicate effectively, plan and organize work activities, analyze the information, and manage work time efficiently.
