Responsibilities: - Work alongside developers as well as business stakeholders and strive to automate the acceptance criteria. - Responsible for building robust, and high–quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing. - Participate in PRD review and architectural design review. Be aware of the business logic, system architecture, and inner functioning of the product. - Responsible for automating test cases as well as writing reusable scripts/tools that help the team to reduce repetitive efforts. - Proactive to identify the efficiency bottleneck, research and improve process, tools, framework, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience. - Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Understanding of computer field fundamentals for testing framework, networking, database, and algorithms. - Hands-on experience in development/coding knowledge and system design. - Strong self-driving force and quick learning ability. - Strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work output. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated software engineering/quality assurance/testing experience from previous internships, work experience, coding competitions, or publications. - Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship. - High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities. - Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93480 - $142800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
