This Sales Consultant position is a night shift role (9 PM - 6 AM, Monday to Friday) located in Sector 49, Gurugram. The role focuses on closing deals, converting leads, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing the final sales stages, negotiating terms, building client relationships, updating the CRM, collaborating with other teams, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing sales reports. The ideal candidate will have proven experience closing deals, strong communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software. A consultative sales approach and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously are essential.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant (Closing Focused) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the final stages of the sales cycle, focusing on closing deals, converting leads into customers, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team, account managers, and potential clients to ensure a smooth, effective, and positive closing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Close Sales: Lead the final phase of the sales process, guiding prospects through the last stages of negotiation and converting them into clients.
• Identify Client Needs: Work closely with prospects to understand their pain points, offering tailored solutions and value propositions to close deals effectively.
• Manage Negotiations: Negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached between the company and the client.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain Sales Pipeline: Regularly update the CRM system with detailed notes, forecasts, and the status of each deal in the pipeline.
• Collaboration: Work with the sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client from lead generation to post-sale support.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as established by management.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and setting clear expectations for the partnership.
• Reporting: Provide accurate sales reports and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a closing-focused role or similar position.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
