The Sales Support Coordinator, Specialist Sales will assist the Global Sales Operations (GSO) team in daily order handling and sales-related tasks. Responsibilities include customer screening, manual order entry, data management in Salesforce and Business Central, ensuring smooth order transitions, collaborating with global stakeholders on invoicing and revenue recognition, implementing sales initiatives, and handling incoming order management cases. The role involves close interaction with the sales team and various departments, including Finance and Legal. Manual order handling of all Milestone products and services is a key aspect, along with managing inbound/outbound calls and data entry. This position requires excellent communication skills and experience in a customer support role.

About the team:

You will be part of the Global Sales Operations (GSO) team, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, Specialist Sales supporting both GSO as well as the Specialist Sales team. This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily order handling and sales-related tasks for the Specialist Sales team, including but not solely limited to customer screening and manual order entry.  It requires close collaboration with the sales team.

Additionally, this role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the product line’s sales team. This may include running reports, data hygiene, scheduling technical training classes, and implementing new processes.

We are now looking for a Sales Support Coordinator, Specialist Sales to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you will be doing most of the time:

  • Ensure that customers have been properly verified and screened before an order is booked and delivered.
  • Provide order support to the analytic sales team and ensure the smooth transition of data from their Salesforce and into the ERP system (Business Central) for invoicing.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure that orders are invoiced and revenue is recognized in accordance with applicable service level agreements.
  • Assist with implementing sales operations initiatives, data hygiene, and scheduling.
  • Handle incoming order management and sales admin cases via a ticketing system and provide sales quotes.
  • Interact closely with the analytic sales team regarding sales initiatives and assist in order han-dling.
  • Manual order handling (all Milestone products and services).
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on the support phone line.
  • Data entry in Salesforce and Business Central.
  • Close cooperation with our APAC and Americas Sales Support, Finance, Legal, BC team and other Milestone functions.

How you can match:

  • A Bachelor´s Degree preferable in Business or equivalent Education
  • Experience in a customer support role or equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Excellent command of English language, both orally, and in writing
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Flexible to work at later hours on month close
  • Experience with Navision / Business Central would be considered an advantage
