Job Summary

Job Description

The Salesforce Testing role involves analyzing business and technical requirements to create test strategies and cases for Salesforce applications. Responsibilities include performing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role requires validating customizations, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. The candidate will execute manual and automated test cases, document results, and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies are also key aspects.

Must have:

Analyze requirements, develop test strategies for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing on Salesforce modules.
Validate customizations, workflows, and Lightning components.

Good to have:

Experience with testing tools like Selenium or Provar for automation.
Understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.

Job Description

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Validate customizations, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

Execute manual and automated test cases and document results.

Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Primary Skill

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and standard/custom objects.

Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca for Salesforce automation.
