Responsibilities: - Lead and manage strategic special projects within the e-commerce marketing domain to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth. - Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and business targets. - Collaborate closely with cross-function departments to execute integrated marketing projects, ensuring clear target and conversion metrics at the project level. - Lead the coordination and management of agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines. - Enhance the understanding of the Philippine e-commerce market strategy, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure marketing activities are competitive and responsive to market changes and consumer demands.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience demonstrating strong integrated marketing skills, developing content and media strategies that are aligned with project objectives. - Familiarity with e-commerce platform brand marketing strategies is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: - Effective project management abilities, adept at coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects launch on time according to specified timelines. - Possesses extensive local market resources, proficient in social media marketing and entertainment marketing. - Highly dedicated and consistently strives for innovation, continually seeking breakthroughs in work. - Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing relationships with external marketing agencies. - Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
