Role - Fieldglass Senior Consultant
Skills
  • Prior implementation experience in SAP Fieldglass.
  • 4+ years of experience of SAP Fieldglass administrative console experience.
  • Experience with Configuration Manager role & Configuring connectors.
  • Experience successfully leading design workshops and gathering business requirements. 
  • Must be well-versed Job posting templates, Approval groups, rules, Invoices, rate structures, timesheets, SOW, SOW workers, suppliers etc.
  • SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC.
  • Knowledge of Service Now.
  • Competent in ITIL and attained at least ‘foundation’ level at V3 / V4.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Source to Pay processes in general.
  • Can drive the data migration strategy discussions for Fieldglass and prepare the data migration plan.
Responsibilities
  • Review existing policy documentation and highlight any gaps.
  • Identify workers incorrectly classified.
  • Evaluate standard integration capability.
  • Document integration requirements and design for Fieldglass to ECC.
  • Document blueprint design for Fieldglass – and ensure Functional spec documents and end user guides are complete/ updated and shared. 
  • Document process blueprint for worker tracking expansion.
  • Document functional design for PO/Service Entry Sheet (SES) / invoicing integration.
  • Fieldglass Contingent worker timesheet process.
  • Fieldglass use of Internal Orders and WBS elements.
  • Fieldglass expenses PO with cost centre.
  • Agreement on removal of PO requirements for SOW program.
  • Confirm standard process for worker tracking.
  • Support the client deployment lead (based in India) on comms and rollout planning.
  • Attend UAT sessions and perform testing as required. 
  • Onboard the Fieldglass solution into exiting team.
  • Provide coaching to existing team members. 
  • Provide early adoption support. 
  • Provide Continuous Service Improvement Initiatives. 
Business Skill
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.

  • Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
