岗位职责

1.收集、分析和解读数据，为游戏行业的业务问题提供数据驱动的洞察和解决方案，包括研发、市场营销和运营阶段下的各类分析和建模场景；

2.基于Python、SQL、大数据工具开发计算工作流，处理并分析大型复杂数据集；利用 Preset/Tableau 等BI工具开发数据报表，为游戏各个阶段的数据洞察和业务分析提供支持；

3.建模和开发可扩展、高效、自动化的数据分析、AB实验、机器学习、验证和服务框架等；

4.与产品经理和数据工程师合作，设计并落地研发、发行和运营问题的端到端数据解决方案。

Requirements:

岗位要求

1.计算机科学、机器学习或数据科学/统计等学科的硕士以上学位，3年以上工作经验；

2.对将数学模型和计算机科学技术应用于数据驱动决策的热情，以及对游戏行业的深刻见解；

3.在数学建模、统计和机器学习方面的专长，包括统计、机器学习、AB实验等；

4.熟练掌握Python、SQL或相关语言等编程语言；

5.热爱游戏，有游戏系统优化或者游戏用户画像经验者优先。
