Job Description

As a Senior HubSpot Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's tools, along with the ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and understand their business goals. Provide training and onboarding sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to use HubSpot effectively.

Data Management & Integration: Manage CRM migrations and data management strategies to ensure data integrity within HubSpot. Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other business systems such as Salesforce, ERP systems, or marketing automation tools.

Campaign Management & Reporting: Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, email marketing, and automation workflows. Set up and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to track campaign performance and overall CRM health. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven results.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot, including CRM implementation, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
  • Consulting or agency experience is preferred.
  • HubSpot Certifications: Must have advanced HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot CRM).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of inbound marketing, sales processes, and HubSpot's various tools (workflows, automation, reporting). Experience with HubSpot API integrations is a plus.
