A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for leveraging SAP systems to
support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Team Management: Lead a team of SAP professionals, including SAP developers,
consultants, and analysts. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team
delivers high-quality solutions and services.
3. Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Coordinate with cross-
functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
4. System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the stability, security, and performance of
SAP systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Address any issues or incidents promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to
business operations.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing SAP
systems and processes. Lead initiatives to implement best practices, streamline
workflows, and drive innovation within the SAP landscape.
6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external SAP vendors, including
software providers, consultants, and service providers. Evaluate vendor performance,
negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
7. Compliance and Governance: Ensure SAP systems comply with relevant regulatory
requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Establish and enforce governance
processes to maintain data integrity, security, and privacy.
8. Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to enhance the
SAP skills and capabilities of team members and end-users. Provide ongoing support and
guidance to promote proficiency and adoption of SAP solutions.
9. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including
senior management, business leaders, and IT counterparts. Provide updates on SAP
initiatives, project status, and performance metrics to ensure alignment and transparency.
