Senior Manager, PMO (Hybrid San Antonio)

Rackspace is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to manage intra-organizational relationships with Implementation and Operations teams. Responsibilities include managing project managers, stakeholder communication, projects, and designing new processes. The ideal candidate will inspire confidence, lead efforts to improve processes and design new systems, advocate for operational excellence, and develop future leaders. They will direct staff, coordinate across functions, act as a servant leader, and manage stakeholder relationships. The role requires intermediate knowledge of the project lifecycle, industry competitors, and company objectives. Understanding of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the Texas Public Sector, as well as government contract lifecycles, is also crucial. The position is hybrid (San Antonio, TX).
