Job Details
Responsibilities:
1.负责特效团队的技术性工作内容，为特效团队解决技术性问题并提供解决方案；
2.与程序团队合作，开发工具提升特效环节画面制作效率，优化表现品质；
3.根据美术风格和需求设计，实现高质量的特效，配合美术落地效果;
4.定制特效美术资源的日常制作流程，确保资源符合引擎规格和项目规范；
5.优化美术资产以适应技术限制，维护特效管线以保证运行效率。
Requirements:
1.五年以上虚幻引擎及Houdini工作经验， 参与过至少一款使用虚幻引擎开发的游戏项目（有大型游戏项目及影视项目特效开发经验优先），提供相关的作品集，能够展示特效制作的技术和美术能力;
2.熟悉各类特效制作相关的DCC软件，包括不仅限于Houdini、Substance Designer、Photoshop、After Effect、3ds Max、Maya等等;
3.精通Houdini特效相关解算，对Houdini to UE制作流程有相关经验;
4.具备Niagara Script、材质、蓝图编写能力。熟悉UE引擎Niagara模块以及各类特效材质实现，制作效果原型；
5.有一定的脚本代码实现或者节点是编程能力，了解C++，python等；
6.有写实类特效材质渲染制作与相关优化经验，具备扎实的美术功底，优秀的审美能力和视觉效果创意，逻辑思维清晰;
7.对物理学和数学有良好理解，以实现真实感强的动态效果;
8.具备良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力，工作积极主动有责任心，抗压能力良好，主动了解行业内前沿的特效实现方案。
