Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled UI Developer and Designer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a strong eye for design and proficiency in front-end development, ensuring the delivery of intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling web interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to bring design concepts to life and elevate user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into functional and elegant UI solutions.
- Design responsive, mobile-first web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design ideas.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with Devoteam’s design standards across all platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback to refine UI design.
- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in building responsive, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Knowledge of motion design and animation tools is a plus.
- Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS/LESS) and front-end build tools.
