This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic social media team in São Paulo, Brazil. Responsibilities include content creation for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp), community engagement, and performance analysis. The intern will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity, conducting market research focusing on video content and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative, proactive learner with strong communication skills in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus). Prior social media experience is preferred but not mandatory. The position requires a part-time commitment with weekend work, compensated by additional weekdays off.

Social Media Intern

We are excited to offer an unique opportunity for a motivated Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. As an intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and expand our reach across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Help create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp. This includes crafting posts, graphics, and videos that resonate with diverse audiences.

Community Engagement: Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering an engaging and positive digital environment.

Learning & Development: Stay curious about emerging social media trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to help grow our online presence.

Strategy Support: Assist in shaping a tailored social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives and brand identity.

Analytics & Insights: Assist in tracking social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Market Research: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, with a particular focus on video content and emerging platforms.

Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a degree or Masters in a related field.

Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is a plus.

Location: Must be based in São Paulo and available to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Experience: Some prior experience in social media, marketing, or content creation is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, including Telegram and WhatsApp, basic knowledge of content creation tools, and a willingness to learn.

Personal Qualities: A creative thinker, proactive learner, and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.

Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule with flexibility to adapt to varying work hours.

This position requires work during the weekend, you will receive these days back during the week.
