Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

Gaming Software Tester and Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Test various games and game-related software on the Windows. 
• Analyze and document potential valuable game data generated during user gameplay sessions. 
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, log, and resolve bugs and issues. 
• Provide feedback to improve the user experience and performance of game-related software. 
• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and cases tailored for gaming scenarios. 
• Collect, analyze, and process game data to support game data acquisition, AI model training, and related product development. 
• Ensure compatibility and reliability across various game genres and software integrations. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and new testing methodologies in gaming. 

Requirements:   

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with various game genres and platforms. 
• Experience in software testing, especially for gaming or gaming-related applications. 
• Knowledge of game data analysis and data collection tools. 
• Familiarity with testing tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI or game testing. 
• Familiarity with performance testing and load testing for gaming applications. 
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Lua) for testing automation. 
• Passion for games and a deep understanding of player behavior and gaming ecosystems.

• 熟悉测试工具和Bug追踪系统（如JIRA、TestRail）。 
• 较强的分析能力和对细节的关注。
