In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more). Analyze data quality, ongoing monitor, accuracy, and on time completion of data and pricing across our Travel and Local products. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners, foster collaboration and alignment on data quality goals. Engage with partners and stakeholders to communicate data quality issues, improvement initiatives, and gather feedback to ensure improvement. Resolve data related challenges by troubleshooting complex issues and develop scalable solutions through automation and optimized vendor workflows. Contribute to long-term data quality strategies, project scope, and implementation plans, ensure alignment with business objectives. Utilize your knowledge of Google technologies, industry trends, and commercial models to drive innovative solutions. Contribute to solution development and documentation by sharing your insights and knowledge within the team and across Google.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with partners and managing projects in a technology or data-driven environment.
  • Ability to analyze information, draw insights, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative work style with an ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the travel and local industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
