Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

So, what will you be doing?

• Performing internal controls testing in support of the SOX compliance program for the interactive gaming segment.
• Assisting with annual walkthroughs and the mapping of existing processes identifying any gaps.
• Assessing effectiveness of application controls and key reports relating to business processes.
• Performing test procedures and documents test results in accordance with work paper guidelines.
• Preparing high quality work papers to ensure consistency between test objectives, evidence obtained and test results and that are well documented in accordance with department standards.
• Assisting with maintaining an effective and efficient planning, execution, and coordination of work between internal audit and process owners across the organisation.

And what are we looking for?

• Experience in SOX testing, accounting, auditing, and information technology audits, including supervisory and project management experience is required.
• Possess corporate Internal Audit and/or Big 4 audit including financial controls compliance and risk management experience.
• Have a deep knowledge of SOX regulations, COSO, internal auditing standards, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and risk assessment practices, required.
• Possess experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of processes and controls over financial and operational functions.
• Able to deliver quality results within deadlines
• Possess knowledge of SOX Automated Audit software is preferable
