Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional in Talent Sourcing to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing talent from the IVD industry and building a strong pipeline of qualified professionals. This role will involve using Naukri, other databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage with the right candidates. Position is based at Belapur Navi Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing:

  • Use Naukri other databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source, connect, and engage with professionals from the IVD industry.
  • Manage connections and communication with candidates through LinkedIn and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the company.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Screen and evaluate candidates using customised questionnaires.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring smooth communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business needs.

Candidate Tracking and Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the candidate database in Zoho Recruit, ensuring accurate records and seamless integration with the recruitment process.
  • Track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, from sourcing to final hiring decision.
  • Keep candidate information organised and accessible for future reference and long-term talent management.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and time-to-hire.
  • Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for non-IT sectors such as medical diagnostics, healthcare, or similar industries.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals for sourcing and engaging with candidates.

Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit) and experience managing candidate databases.

Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on candidate engagement through LinkedIn and messaging platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and report on recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit), and other recruitment tools.
  • Comfortable with digital communication tools like WhatsApp and LinkedIn messaging for positive candidate engagement.
