The Senior Coordinator, Product Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the On Location Olympic and Paralympic proprietary inventory and content management system(s) and 3rd party tools, acting as the first line of defense regarding any systems issues and requests. The Senior Coordinator works closely with their manager and other product team members to develop and manage consistent processes specifically related to proprietary inventory and content management system(s) and 3rd party tools. This position will also own special projects with clear deliverables that enhance the system process efficiency and overall product teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
• Act as the first line of defense and provide resolution of issues raised by product teams and other functional areas related to processes, inefficiencies, technologies, and systems.
• Maintain continuous subject matter expertise of internal workflow processes and technologies, specifically proprietary inventory and content management system(s) and 3rd party tools.
• Extensive management of product system(s) and 3rd party tools to build and maintain product offerings, inventory, system portals, and extract data for operations.
• Manage the testing of system enhancements; clearly communicate and identify further developments and/or enhancements needed for successful functionality.
• Apply critical thinking skills to analyze and independently resolve internal and external issues regarding proprietary inventory management system(s).
• Foster relationships with various functional areas, including but not limited to the following teams: technology, product development, marketing, program management and collaborate regarding product builds to establish efficiencies and consistencies in product development.
• Develop documents for operational accountability (e.g., checklists, quality assurance tests, project management) for the Product teams and other functional areas.
• Train Product team members on best practices and efficiency regarding use of system(s); ensure all are using the identified resources and following the identified workflow and processes accordingly.
• Identify, understand, and remove systematic roadblocks for product and other functional areas.
• Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership.

Travel
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required. Expected travel may range from <10% annually.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Project Management, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience with multiple technologies related to point-of-sale solutions, inventory and content management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple software platforms, including but not limited to Office 365 platform, Airtable, Jira, PIMs, and other digital collaboration systems.
