Must have:
  • Degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 7-10 years experience in investment or asset management.
  • Strong background in investment operations, management, or data management.
  • Proven experience leading strategic and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality.
Good to have:
  • Experience with third-party financial solution vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Factset).
  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong interest in investment management and financial markets.
  • Relevant certifications or specialized training in project management.

Strategic Initiatives and Delivery Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pacific Investments team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Drive business transformation and lead strategic initiatives, including Project Everest, by providing hands-on contributions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global colleagues.
