About Jamble

Jamble is a fashion marketplace powered by Live Streaming & Auctions. We’re enhancing resale with a focus on community, fashion, and live interactions.

We operate on the U.S. market. After being accelerated at Y Combinator (world’s most prestigious startup accelerator), Jamble has received backing and active support from Voodoo (#3 mobile app publishers worldwide). Our iOS App has reached 1M+ downloads (you can download it here) and we’re accelerating.

The Strategic Project Manager at Jamble will play an integral role in driving our marketplace's growth, particularly focusing on the acquisition and optimization of sellers.

Role

    • Strategic Initiative Implementation: Collaborate closely with Jamble's founders, to ensure that seller acquisition strategies are in sync with the company's overall objectives. Critically evaluate and refine these strategies for maximum impact and efficient execution.
    • Seller Acquisition and Engagement: Focus on the supply side of our marketplace, ensuring a robust and constantly growing base of key sellers and resellers. Manage the entire seller journey, from initial outreach and acquisition to their growth and success on the platform.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different departments to enhance seller-focused initiatives, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of strategies across the board.
    • Operational Oversight for Seller Success: Monitor and manage the operational aspects of seller acquisition and engagement. Keep a close eye on relevant KPIs such as seller retention, growth rates, and sales milestones, ensuring the success of our strategic projects in these areas.
    • Marketplace Expansion and Innovation: Actively participate in structuring and evolving the platform to meet future market demands, focusing on innovative strategies to attract and retain top sellers, thus ensuring Jamble's position as a leader in the sustainable fashion marketplace.

Profile

    • At least 2 years of experience, preferable a top consulting firm or in a startup 
    • Graduation from a top-tier Business School or top-tier Engineer School
    • Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution.
    • Profound systemic thinking and a keen business sense.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
    • Fluent in French, high proficiency in English
