Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a seasoned System Planner with 10+ years of experience to join their team. The role involves planning and managing game systems and content for party games, including live service planning. Responsibilities include designing engaging party game systems and content, ensuring smooth live service operations, and contributing to the development of global cultural content using game IPs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and documentation skills, a deep understanding of game systems, and a meticulous approach to work. Experience with global services, UGC platforms, and Unity is highly desirable.

Must have:

10+ years experience in relevant field
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Deep understanding of game systems and logic
High level of responsibility and meticulousness
Party game system/content planning
Live service planning for party games

Good to have:

Global service experience
Interest in UGC platforms
Unity experience
Preference for casual games
