Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting the tax department in completing risk assessment forms and related control procedures for new clients/cases. This includes communicating with international departments via email and phone in English, maintaining the Salesforce - Acceptance system, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Experience with resource integration systems is preferred.

Must have:

Experience with risk assessment forms and procedures
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Salesforce - Acceptance system
Administrative skills and attention to detail

Good to have:

Experience with resource integration systems
