This Talent Acquisition role at M2 Animation requires a highly motivated individual to manage the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include employer branding through various channels, developing university outreach programs, executing recruitment strategies across all levels, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Thai and English, possess excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities, and have at least 3 years of relevant HR or Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in the animation industry is a plus. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a freelancer database, registering employees in the IT system, and preparing employment contracts.
