Job Description

This Talent Acquisition role at M2 Animation requires a highly motivated individual to manage the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include employer branding through various channels, developing university outreach programs, executing recruitment strategies across all levels, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Thai and English, possess excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities, and have at least 3 years of relevant HR or Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in the animation industry is a plus. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a freelancer database, registering employees in the IT system, and preparing employment contracts.

Designation: Talent Acquisition 
Reports to: Senior Manager of Human Resource & Administration
Reportees: N/A

Key Responsibilities 

Employer Branding & Culture:
  • Promote M2 Animation through social media, candidate engagement, job fairs, trade shows.  Be our biggest advocate.
  • Design and implement an outreach program to local universities and oversee internships.
  • Develop and deliver on industry event strategies in coordination with cross-functional partners (talent attraction, talent professionals and operations).
Recruitment: 
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting, sourcing and selection activities.
  • Partner closely and effectively with the team to understand staffing needs and develop, build and execute sourcing strategy.
  • Identification of hiring needs together with all hiring managers.
  • Handling of all incoming applications, assessing, and filtering relevant candidates.
  • Sourcing, screening and short-listing candidates in collaboration with stakeholders / supervisors, and delivering highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety of Animation , Art or Production development roles at all levels.
  • Organizing and conducting candidate tests and interviews, including pre-screenings.
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
  • Maintaining overview of all ongoing recruitments and candidates.
Others:
  • Create and maintain a database of freelancers.
  • Create and oversee the onboarding process and make new employees feel welcome and immersed in our company 's culture.
  • Register Employees to the IT system.
  • Prepare employment contracts.
  • Performing any other work which may be assigned from time to time.
JOB & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
  • Experience in 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition , Recruitment 
  • Experience in Animation is a plus 
  • Good communication skills, Multi Task skills, Time Management, Negotiation  skills, and Critical Thinking.
  • A proficiency in both Thai & English (Reading, Writing and Speaking.)
