Job Description

As a Talent Sourcer at Workato, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team. You will utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that Workato attracts and hires the best talent to drive our continued success. Workato is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where you can thrive and make a meaningful impact.

Must have:

Strong sourcing skills
Experience using various sourcing tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Good to have:

Experience in the SaaS industry
Knowledge of ATS systems
Experience with recruiting for technical roles
