Team Leader, Engineering

We are looking for an experienced hands-on team leader with high professional and personal skills and a drive for execution to lead the team. You will own the execution through the development and testing process to a successful release to our customers. You will also mentor the team members, help them grow and be successful in their roles.

Please notice this is a hybrid role based in our office in Sofía. We ask to come to the office twice per week.

What will you do:

• Lead a team of around 5 people
• Hands-on code contribution
• Recruit and train new team members
• Help and mentor the team members with their professional growth
• Own the team and lead it to success and growth
• Work in close collaboration with other R&D teams, product owners and managers.
• Maintain CyberArk culture
