We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will join a dynamic, diverse, fast-moving team of Talent Acquisition professionals. As a part of our global team, you will recruit highly skilled and innovative talent. Our engineering and developer opportunities solve complex problems that will forge the path toward building a world of economic opportunity.

Job Description:

Your Day to Day: 

• Own external candidate sourcing processes from research to identifying and attracting candidates using all appropriate methods.
• Proactively liase and collaborate with the recruitment team and business partners to understand candidate requirements, profiles and timelines.
• Perform 20-30 Recruiter Screens per week and fill 10 to 15 roles per quarter.
• Use internal systems and processes to track activities, progress, interviewing and onboarding activities to ensure business both business needs and recruitment timelines are met.
• Partner, guide and, at times challenge Hiring Managers on Talent Acquisition best practices, approaches, and techniques. While providing insights and educating on candidate markets, pipelines and providing the best solutions in identifying talent.
• Be agile and willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business.
• Effectively utilize PayPal’s ATS and CRM systems to automate the recruitment process across the business.
• Building effective pipelines of external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements including securing talent through multiple search methods.
• Focus on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity and act as an ambassador to the PayPal brand.
• Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and Rewards when appropriate.  
• Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition-related projects of varying complexity, importance, and priority.  
• Naturally aware of metrics related to your work, time-to-fill, pass-through rates, drop-off rate, time-to-hire, phone screens a week per req, and more.  

What Do You Need to Bring: 

• 3 years experience working in roles such as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Agency Recruiter or Talent Sourcer within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and previous experience in building pipelines.
• Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience of engineers and engineering managers.
• Can simplify the complex, manage multiple priorities, and follow various documentation or instructions.  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
