About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Total Rewards mastermind to lead the design and enhancement of our global Total Rewards strategy. In this exciting new role, you will lead a talented global team in shaping the future of our compensation policies. You will be driving the implementation of both short-term and long-term incentive plans, collaborating closely with senior leadership and HR teams to resolve compensation and benefits challenges. Your expertise will guide benchmarking studies, optimize annual compensation processes, and continuously improve our rewards approach.
What You’ll Be Doing

Design and build up C&B policies and guidelines that ensure competitive pay positioning, including but not limited to global compensation structure, global benefits programs and tailored compensation tools.

Drive the design and implementation of company-wide short-term and long-term incentive programs. Serve as the focal point with business functions, crafting and executing communication strategies that secure stakeholder buy-in and support.

Advocate for and influencing senior management on new Total Rewards strategies.

Effectively partner with the business, HRBPs and other HR functions to manage, consult on, and resolve complex compensation and benefits matters.

Lead the team in conducting benchmarking studies to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and guidelines, identifying gaps and recommending areas for enhancement.

Oversee the execution of annual C&B programs, including the annual salary review, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) grants, benefits reviews, salary surveys, etc.

Guide the team in delivering training to HR staff and business leaders on processes and best practices within the Total Rewards framework, ensuring direct interaction with employees at all levels.

Drive the design and improvement of workflows and procedures to maximize efficiency, managing programs from a project management perspective. Manage short to long-term planning, policy and program development, and recommend new approaches to support continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree with solid knowledge and experience of global Compensation & Benefits design including but not limiting to broad-based compensation, short-term and long-term incentive program design and implementations, and annual focal reviews.
