What We Need:
Creates and executes a comprehensive training program for the customer success team to support company objectives and meet customer needs. Continually evaluates effectiveness and iterates as needed. Provides feedback and performance data. Manages the training team through regular feedback and performance reviews.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for the customer success team.
- Build engaging learning materials, including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Tailor training content to align with company objectives and the needs of our customers.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions for new hires and existing team members.
- Facilitate regular refresher courses to ensure ongoing skill development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify skill gaps and propose targeted solutions.
- Partner with customer success managers to understand client challenges and incorporate them into training scenarios.
- Advocate best practices for customer engagement and relationship management.
- Lead a team of quality and training professionals, providing mentorship and support.
- Set clear performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular feedback.
What Will Make You A Great Fit:
- Proven experience in training, learning, and development, preferably in a customer success or service-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of customer success methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training strategies to diverse learners.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience:
- 4-6 years experience as a Training or Quality Manager in a dynamic multi-faceted industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
- Understanding and ability to implement effective customer service standards.
