UX Researcher

• Designing, conducting, analysing, and presenting different types of research.
• Proactively work with designers, product owners, and analytics to identify research questions that can yield actionable insights.
• Collect and analyse data from different types of research (usability studies, interviews, surveys, etc.).
• Providing product teams/stakeholders with research reports and recommendations.
• Manage user study logistics, including recruitment, data collection, and analysis, ensuring ethical and high-quality standards throughout.

About you:

• 2 + years hands-on experience designing and conducting user research.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, along with knowledge of when, why, and how to apply them.
• Strong English (upper-intermediate or higher).
• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Communication skills are needed to conduct user interview and bring the user’s voice into the teams.
• Prior experience conducting B2B user research is a strong plus.
