Job Description
As a Video Solutions Consultant at gTech, you'll be a pre- and post-sales expert in video advertising across VoD, DAI, Live Streaming, and TV content. You will consult with publishers using Google Ad Manager Video AdServing and yield management products, ensuring high-quality experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities include serving as a technical expert for executive leadership, delivering solutions to video publishers, providing technical consultation (including demos and troubleshooting), advocating Google Ad Manager's video capabilities through various channels, and providing partner feedback to product management. This role requires strong technical skills, experience in video advertising technologies, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- System design or programming experience (Java, C++, Python)
- Technical troubleshooting and partner management
- Video advertising/ingestion, VoD, DAI, Live Streaming expertise
Good to have:
- 3+ years online advertising experience
- Experience as a software developer, architect, or consultant

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in system design or in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in video advertising or ingestion, VoD, DAI and Live Streaming.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in online advertising industry.
- Experience in working as a software developer, architect, technology advocate or consultant.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert during conversations with executive leadership from Google’s video advertising partners.
- Deliver solutions to video publishers.
- Provide technical consultation, including custom sample applications, demos and proofs of concept, integration support and advance issue troubleshooting.
- Advocate Google Ad Manager’s video capabilities via pre-business engagements, implementations, conference presentations, white papers and industry consortiums.
- Provide partner feedback and industry knowledge to product management, to help them make better informed decisions about the product roadmaps.
