Job Description
This VIP User Operations role in Shenzhen focuses on managing and maintaining relationships with high-value players. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, building rapport, identifying potential issues, providing feedback, analyzing player feedback for improvements, and contributing to product optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in game industry VIP customer service, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a passion for gaming, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Shift work, including evening shifts with remote work option, is required.
Must have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong responsibility and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle shift work (including night shifts)

职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司VIP玩家的业务咨询客户关系维护等工作;
2、负责处理VIP玩家问题申诉且跟进投诉问题后续处理方案及结果，维护公司形象;
3、负责与VIP玩家建立良好联系，熟悉及挖掘企业潜在问题，对企业反馈做详细记录并有效反馈;
4、定期对VIP玩家反馈的问题进行汇总并分析，提出改善建议，不断提升客户满意度。
5、对服务过程中有价值的信息点进行反馈，促使产品不断改进和优化；
6、通过电话与VIP高端用户取得联系，了解用户最新需求，及时跟进回访及反馈。
职位要求
1、有游戏行业vip客服岗位经验，有较强的沟通能力，能快速适应团队合作;
2、聊天风格不拘一格，能卖得一手好萌，语言得体:
3、有较强的责任心，能不折不扣完成工作任务;
4、喜欢玩游戏，愿意花时间体验游戏，能熟练使用word/excel/ppt等办公软件。
5、能够接受轮班
中班：10:00-20:00（中间2小时休息时间）
晚班：18:00-02:00（居家办公）
