Job Description

The Workstation Technician will collaborate with Workstation Support Services to ensure timely and accurate hardware and software order fulfillment, configuration, scheduling, and installation. Responsibilities include performing break/fix operations, utilizing Service Now, and having some knowledge of Epic. The role requires experience with various devices such as hand scanners, e-sig pads, tap–n-gos, Zebra printers, HP printers, iPhones, and iPads. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Must Have:
  • 2+ years hospital experience
  • Service Now experience
  • Basic Epic knowledge
  • Experience with hand scanners
  • Experience with e-sig pads
  • Experience with tap–n-gos
  • Experience with Zebra printers
  • Experience with HP printers
  • Experience with iPhones
  • Experience with iPads
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma

WORKSTATION TECHNICIAN / TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Location: 100% onsite
Schedule: 1st shift

Collaborates with Workstation Support Services business units to ensure hardware and software orders are received, configured, scheduled, and installed.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Performing break/fix operations
- Need 2+ years working in a hospital environment, use of Service Now, some knowledge of Epic.
- Experience with hand scanners, e-sig pads, tap–n-gos, zebra printers, HP printers, iPhones, iPads.
- Excellent communication skills.

Required Education:
-High School Diploma.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Valid driver's license.
