WORKSTATION TECHNICIAN / TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Location: 100% onsite
Schedule: 1st shift
Collaborates with Workstation Support Services business units to ensure hardware and software orders are received, configured, scheduled, and installed.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Performing break/fix operations
- Need 2+ years working in a hospital environment, use of Service Now, some knowledge of Epic.
- Experience with hand scanners, e-sig pads, tap–n-gos, zebra printers, HP printers, iPhones, iPads.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required Education:
-High School Diploma.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Valid driver's license.
