Summary

Nissan is seeking an AD/ADAS Software Engineer in Farmington Hills, MI to develop and validate AD/ADAS software parameters. Responsibilities include developing tuning schedules, collaborating with the test team on parameter development and validation, communicating with the Nissan Japan counterpart, participating in internal/external reviews, and coordinating software adoption. The ideal candidate will have a BSE or BEE degree and at least 3 years of experience. Familiarity with Canalyzer, DDT2000, and Consult is preferred (training will be provided). We’re currently looking for an AD/ADAS Software Engineer to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. **Visa sponsorship for this position is not available.

This role will be responsible for AD/ADAS Software parameter development and parameter validation.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Develop AD/ADAS tuning schedule with test team and share with Project application group.

  • AD/ADAS Software parameter development with test team and validate software.

  • Communicate with Nissan Japan counterpart to share tuning status and develop countermeasure as necessary.

  • Participate to internal/external developmental review meetings and report status.

  • Coordinate software adoption with Nissan Japan counterpart and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Software Engineer is preferred BSE, BEE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience (not a senior-level role)

  • Basic Microsoft Office operation

  • Canalyzer, DDT2000, Consult (Will be trained)
