About the Role
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to partner with Wildlife's Senior Leadership on day to day operations. The right person loves solving problems, creating a good environment and experiences for the team, can thrive in a fast paced environment and will be comfortable with administrative tasks. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil and the work model is hybrid, working from the office twice a week.

What you'll do
- Support Senior Leaders with their agendas, scheduling meetings, aligning time slots with other employees, and generally optimizing their time;
- Booking flight tickets and accommodations for Senior Leaders and team members;
- Organize events, in accordance with Wildlife Studio's guidelines, including offsites and office weeks for the team;
- Organize and prepare expense reports and purchase orders;
- Order stationery and catering.
What you'll need
- 2 or more years of experience as Administrative Assistant and/or Facilities Analyst;
- University degree or equivalent work experience;
- Advanced level of English;
- Interest in Gaming is a plus.
