What you’ll do:
- Maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and normal functioning of the company's offices and other rented or owned facilities: arranging, managing, and controlling the services of cleaning, security, insurance, and other service companies, managing coffee points and kitchens, repairs, landscaping, organizing and providing working places for new employees
- Conduct regular provision of the office with furniture, consumables, food and other required purchases and supplies
- Find and interact with contractors, suppliers of goods and services, management companies of business centers and other facilities where the company rents or owns premises
- Work with primary documentation, contracts, offers and contract approval system
- Work with payment requests, coordinating payments and obtaining payment approvals
- Participate in the organization and conduct of internal and external events
- Conduct budgeting, management and control of maintenance and supply costs
- Be responsible for fire safety and labor protection in the office
- Organize and participate in the search for new objects for the company
- Organize and participate in repairs, renovation, redevelopment, additional equipment and improvement of office premises and other company facilities
- Manage postal, courier logistics and transportation
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience as an office manager (with 20 employees or more)
- Initiative and responsibility
- Attention to detail, responsibility for implementation
- Organizational skills
Nice to have:
- Dutch language knowledge
