Google is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ads Specialist to join our Large Customer Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. You will be responsible for researching client business objectives, leading conversations on a holistic media strategy, working with cross-site and cross-functional teams to deliver short- and long-term account growth, and managing a book of business. Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams
Good to have:
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Experience in campaign management

Minimum qualifications:

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients' business challenges.
  • Research the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to deliver short- and long-term account growth.
  • Produce conversations on Search Ads 360 (SA360) and measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) and Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
